i havent watered in four days, and the thing still says it is either 9 or 10 on a scale of 10. could this be right or is it broken?(they were pretty wet four days ago)

your soil might have really bad drainage...did you mix it with perlite or rocks?

ya i put some sand on the bottom but no rocks mixed it, (its MG soil) think ill water them today

yeah if it's that Miracle Grow potting soil then you should probably mix it with some small rocks and sand (that's what I do).
