Is my seed fuked?

I have 4 seeds growing, 2 done well and 2 had a root but didnt look like were doin well, one of then eventually grew and is doin ok but the other had a BIG problem.... I looked and the root has broken, is there any point in trying to grow it or is she dead?

No one helping me here?
