It looks like its stretching a little bit , move your lights closer
other than that it seems fine to me

looks a litttle stretched try to put it in a spot where it gets more direct sunlight

i thing shes ready to harvest... make sure to flush and cure for better smoke...

Looks fine, nice and hardy, don't worry about the growth, if the weather is cool they grow slowly in the first weeks, don't spray it too much though.
