Is my plant healthy for age?

Hi I am new to this this is my first time first plant my plant is it by month old and I am using LED light I just want to know if anyone has any tips and can let me know how my plan is looking and explain how you top the plant and when should I change the light cycle was on a 24-hour light cycle but currently reduced it to 18 and 6 is that okay or no

Looks fine! You can change the lights to the proper 18/6 when ever you want. I like to wait a couple nodes...
