Is my plant going to die????!

So my plant needed to be transplanted. I had a hard time getting her out of the smaller container i had her in, and once I finally got it out i noticed I tore a bunch of her roots. I'm seriously worried she's gonna die on me.

So the first picture is what I had her in. And the 2nd is what I transplanted her into.
It's an auto fem blue dream.

I have another one the same size and the roots were coming out of the bottom of the container. I transplanted it and it's a good thing I did. She was starting to get root bound. The dirt was covered in white roots. So I figured that one would do the same.
It's my first time so obviously I don't really know a whole lot more than what I read and watch online.. I'm learning a lot from my mistakes though that's for sure.

I believe it's best to start autos in the pot they will finish in and not transplant like photos. It's because their life cycle is controlled by genetics rather than length of day (night). So, just use a bigger pot for your autos the next time, or grow photos and up-pot those as you go, if you want. She'll be ok, though. We're all learning stuff all the time, it would be boring otherwise. Keep growing!

Autos u are supposed to grow them in the final pot like a 5 gal. So u dont disturb her at all. If u fucked up the roots now she might get stunned badly and not grow much. They have such a short life ahead. That will affect your yields badly. Hope she can do a come back. Good luck!!

I waited a lot longer with this one to transplant. I did the same thing with it. But I didn't tare the roots nearly as bad. Just a few. I think it did stunt the growth. Lemme know what you think.
This is the first auto I started. Blue dream
