Is my plant dying.

My Og Kush strain has been in the soil 5 weeks, and I feel like it keeps having set backs, but then it comes back strong. Now it is looking especially frail. It is currently directly under 2 23 watt cfl lights on an 18/6 cycle. It is getting water when needed, and the soil is organic potting mix. In the past couple days the leafs are getting brown tips, are curling different ways some are pointing straight up, and the are slightly yellowing. They appear worse in the pictures due to the lighting. Now, I have not given it any nutrients yet and I think that might be the problem. Can someone please tell me what is harming my plant. Is it light, nutrients, or something else? Thank you so much for the help

I just did some digging, and it's looking like it may be light burn. I do have my plants directly under the cfls, but I was told cfls wont burn plants. Based on the picture does it look more like light burn, or a nutrient deficiency?

If you haven't fed it anything, I would suggest giving it some nitrogen rich nutes. Honestly, I'm not sure if it'll recover but it won't hurt to try. Good luck.

Not to me. Looks more like a severe deficiency. Do you have any pics of it before it started going downhill?
