Is my plant done? Time for harvest?

Its been around 5 months outdoor grow can anyone tell if its done? fan leaves started turning yellow and fall off about 2 weeks ago does that mean its time to harvest ?? the buds are still small and i cant find anything to look at the trichomes so could anyone help by looking at the pics ? Thanks
