That plant has a ways to go still. It looks overfed. What have you been giving it?
Its at week 11 i thought max was gonna be 12
Weeks & I started with go box general hydroponics and switched in mid flower to advanced nutrients ph balance technology line with grow micro and bloom and recently gave it some beastie bloomz which is a booster from fox farm I thought this yellowing came because its approaching harvest?

How do you know that for futur reference?
See those white hairs/pistols on your bud sticking up erected, you want to let them turn orange/brown and recede into the bud b4 harvest. Pretty much all those hairs on yah bud wanna be brown and matured b4 chop/harvest. Theirs more to it then that though, research some info on this site

The leaves will yellow as the plant finishes, that is normal. Don't stress on that too much, especially at 11 weeks.
The yellowing of those leaves is due to a nutrient issue. The plant is far from finishing. Beastie Bloomz is basically just repackaged monopotassium phosphate with a few micro nutrients thrown in. Completely unnecessary when using any decent nutrient line and can end up causing issues due to overfertilization. More often than not these products cause problems for growers. They are not a magic potion. They need to be used carefully or not at all.

So will a flush fix that? And how long more its already at week 11

Some people will say to flush. I'm not from that camp. I would just feed plain water for awhile and then base nutes at half strength stopping around a week from harvest and then just plain water. I wouldn't do anything drastic like dumping gallons of water on it.

It doesn't matter what week the plant is. It will be done when it's done. The amount of weeks claimed by breeders is just a rough estimate. They might claim 11 weeks but it could take 15 weeks. Harvest based on bud maturity not some predetermined amount of time it's supposed to take. I don't even mark dates down anymore. I just grow my plants until they're ready. Doesn't matter if it's 8 or 12 weeks. They're done when they're done. Worrying about the stated amount of weeks causes many people to harvest too early and miss out on the quality that could have been had if they let the plant go until it was done instead of chopping on a certain date they marked on their calendar.

I would stop using the pH perfect for growing in soil. It's more for hydro and has a lower ph than what you want for soil. "When you use any Advanced Nutrient’s base nutrient, the pH Perfect® Technology inside automatically stabilizes and locks in your pH within the optimal range (called the ‘sweet spot’) of pH 5.5–6.3 – and keeps it there for one week". It's a little late now but in the future you might want to try a simple one part nutrient like MegaCrop. A lot of people seem to like it. It's easy and inexpensive. I've looked at the ingredients and it contains everything a plant needs.

The plant doesn't look that bad. You have a few weeks left. Just back off the nutes and let it finish. You should end up with some decent bud. It's not a perfect grow but much better than many I've seen. You'll figure it out.

Good luck.

Stop worrying about what week it's at, what they say is not necessarily how long it will take plus there's a lot to do with how it's grown, excetera ..it's done when it's done! not by time or what the breeder tells you
But I noticed on the picture I posted the flash masked the brown hairs so it looks like its just white pistils but in person its actually 60 brown 40 white hairs thats why it made me think the yellowing of leaves was due to the plant aproaching harvest this info is everywhere on the internet.
