Is my plant doing alright?

Hey guys, first time grower here. My plant is 1 week old and I am wondering if the uneven size or slightly odd shape leaves are something I need to worry about.
Also a few days ago the first leaf felt like they have dry edges.
Are they doing fine guys? what should I do to make the healthier?

Looks a little retarded on one side, but overall pretty good for it's age. Leave it alone and don't overwater and she will be fine.

Alright thanks, and yeah that's what im worried about, it did it with the first two bladed leaves, one side grew all retardedly but it seems to have caught up now. Thanks for the response
