Is My Oscillating Fan Damaging my Plants?

Hi

I have 5 plants of 12-14" in height that are extremely bushy with 6-7 nodes. They are growing in my 3.5'x3.5'x6.5' tent with a 6" fan pulling air through my can 9000 and my cooltube with a 600watt Hortilux. I am using a 12" oscillating fan for circulation and stem strengthening, my question is how strong should the breeze be on the plants? Its not strong but it is enough to give the leaves a pretty good rustling. Any kind of benchmark I should be looking at or damage i should be looking for?

Thanks

If it is oscillating than it will be fine just don't have the fan high setting
The fan is good for strengthening the stems for big buds

it should be strong enough to move the leaves around a little. Not a wind, but more like a soft breeze. The point is to move the leaves around so they can take in more CO2. The leaves have tiny hair follicles on them, and if they don't move, they only take in what those hairs will reach. So, moving them around helps them take in just that much more CO2, along with strengthening the stems.
