I would let that ride for a little longer. Looks like the leaves are still pretty green (on that branch) and you got some new pistil growth going on. Definitely close though.

the plat. kush is much closer imo.. i'd give the blue dream another week or two.. i think i took mine to 10 or 11 weeks, i forget which atm, but i hate premy bud so yeah..

Ya from color id say that does look done its so leafy though its hard to tell because you cant see much of the nug.
