Is my 600w Light too close to my 10 day old seedlings?

I need to know asap wether my 600w light is too close to my 10 day old seedlings, i had a 125 W flouresent light 2 inches away from the seedlings and they were flurishing have i done the wrong thing by introducing my nee light to the plants whilst they are still seedlings? The fan has also been on since day 7 and i water them every 2-3 days properly, depending on the soil obviously. Should i put my propagator lid back on or has anyone got any advice please? All reponces appreciated

I can't tell for sure but it does look too close. For those plants I'd say move the light at least 2'-2.5' (24-32") from the plant. Lift the pots to tell if they need water. Over watering here is something a lot of people do during this stage. Good luck!

if you can hold your hand under the light where the canopy is and it feels comforatable then its fine, if ur hand lights on fire its probably to close
