Is light too close also any idea about strain and yeild?

Its my first grow just wonderin if the light looks too close it's a 400w hps also any idea about strain and Yeild?

Any advice much appreciated

no the lights look fine, are the tops drying out? you look okay tiny stretch but they will fill in niceley, give er a month or so

If you ever have doubts about the light being too close, do this: place your hand next to the top of the plant and keep it there 30 seconds. If the heat produced by the bulb feels comfortable, you're ok, if it feels hot (that's usually over 45C) it's too close.
Regarding the strain, it's lanky like a sativa, but the leaves look pretty indica, looks very much like some of those Sativa Mix plants from White Label (a combination of Skunk, Haze and Afgan).
As for the yield, it'll be easier to guess in 2-3 weeks, when all the bud sites are heavily producing. Right now, it's too early into flowering to guess, but I wouldn't worry, the light is good, the plants look healthy, so the yield won't be modest.
