Is Kellogg Patio Plus ok for seedlings? (Heard different things)

I am starting another grow after frying my seedlings with some MG. Heard this one might be good, plus its the only one that I can find at home depot that ISNT Miracle Grow .

Anyway, I'm not a serious grower. I have some bag seeds, along with some legit seeds, but want to have a good trial run.
