is it worth it to grow special kali and top skunk 44 under a 6500k light 125w, would it flower, and will it produce nice nugs

YES and YES

Use what you got, I have seen amazing grows that I though could never happen. Nothing can stop a determined person. Welcome to the club.

yep deff work, I would get a 125w 2700k cfl and switch it for the 6500k when u decide to flower
