is it too late to start in late july?

hello fellow growers, i have to babies that are almost 2 weeks old in there seedling stage and i was just wondering if it too late to start?
 
no1 got any answers?
i do i started some new strains a month ago outdoor and thered oing great
not to your answer no its not to late just that your not going to get as much bud and there not going to be as big as if you wouldve planted them early

I read a thread on here where a guy never put his plants out until 7/25 last year and had a great harvest.
 
I persanaly think that now is the perfect time to get any outdoor plant's outdoors,Any earlyer and there is more chance of the plant's been found also there is less chance of the temp's been up and down like they are if the plant's go in too early.I would make sure that the plant's are vegged a little longer perhaps on your back garden if out of sight and this can be done.A young plant that is put outdoors has no chance if you are going to put it out side then bring int in at night or under cover use copper pipe around the bottom this will stop slugs.I also use fishing line mono filament this spooks anything that goes too near the plants this is a great little tip.I have seen the spook of the mono they can not suss what it is because they can't see it.This is great if you have deer or rabbit problems.
