Long story shes been with out light food or water for months!!!! if its even possible what can I do to save her?

Its neve. But its not worth it imo. water it once then see what happens
I didnt think so either because I had saved two fem seeds from the batch but its been a couple a days and they havent popped I'm worried they wont and if they dont I will lose this strain that would make me sad this is my back up
 
If thats your backup water and care for it for a week or two. You can pull a couple clones from it and "start over"
 
She's definitely dying slowly, if it's not a rapid thing you might be able to save her. Prop her up with something so she's not growing at a sideways angle. Use a bamboo stake thats what I use. And yea i agree with Lord water her, see how she responds. In the meantime while your waiting for her reaction try and find the reason why this is happening to her, thats key. You need a diagnostic to give her the medicine she needs theoretically speaking.
