is it to late to start growing in vermont?

one of my seedlings started outside a few days ago. I like in vermont and i was wondering if they might be able to quickly finish or is it to late for that now? and if they wil not be able to finish them outside could i transplant them inside when it gets to cold? and how cold is to cold for the plants outside. any of the answers would be greatly appriciated....

Ps sorry i dont know the strain got them from a bag of outs

If you start it now, you will most likely get a small small plant, unless you move it inside, but soon the days will be getting shorter outside, so the plants start to flower, so really all you will get is a plant that is so small it grows like a few grams and thats it.
My advice, is to keep it outside for july and august, then early septemberm, bring it inside and put it under some vegging lights, then in like november, pop it into flower mode, it will be huge and you will get much more bud.
