should i still keep them in 24hr dark?

I wouldn't be in a rush to plant them. I'm surprised all of them appear to be exactly the same age in hours.... Good seeds....

Those rapid rooters are good for awhile, just make sure you have about 1/4" water in the bottom of that tray

yeah, i keep water in the tray and the heating pad under them in 24hr dark

No, once the cotelydon leaves have shed the seed and popped up, they need light. A weak light... like CFL or flouros...
