Next time, don't use a clear container for a pot. Roots don't like light. 
I would transplant when you can to a dark pot.

I just noticed that there is no perlite or vermiculite to help drainage... you need to do 33% perlite/ 66% soil
Cannabis has a hard time growing in just soil alone.

If you took them out now and weren't super careful the roots might break. I've heard of people using clear plastic for clones to tell when they've fully rooted, but eh...

If I were you I would get something to wrap it around the container, so that roots can fill out the container in the dark.
You can transplant when the leaves reach the edge of the container, at the earliest.
I waited 14 days to transplant = 3 nodes to transplant.
