Is it safe to add more nutes to my res instead of just topping with water?

I have clones in my ebbflow system and they are 2.5 weeks old in the system. I have the ppm at 340 and I did that 2 days ago and my plants are having new growth grow yellow. I am using General Hydro Flora nutes. Can I add some more of the Flora grow to my res maybe to give it more nitrogen? or should I wait a couple more days and see what happens.??? Thanks :?:

My clones are 6-8 inches tall? am I not feeding them enough? THanks

And if you use GH nutes.what PPm or milliters of each should I go with at this stage??? HELPPP
