It's just starting. Give it another 6 weeks or so. You'll see what looks like powdered sugar all around the bud. What you have now, isn't even a bud yet. She looks to be in the 2nd week of an 8-10 week flowering period. Check out the Harvesting and Curing forum for pics of what a ripe bud looks like.

It is ready when it kind of looks like the stuff you buy, if it has been in flower for more than 4 weeks you need to think about light leaks
