is it possible to use this kam liteobar LED light for a vegging room.??????help

i already bought this years ago, and im setting up cloning and vegging room was wondering if i could save some money and use this ?

any help greatly appriciated,

Yes, it will work to a point. Babies, no problem, but vegging you will find it's limit quickly.

and what light spectrum? just full blue ? or white light ?

Imho, you should just buy a bigger light. At 23W, it's not going to do much.
