Is it possible to trade or buy seeds online with a partner?....

Example... You only have enough for this 1 pack.... So plan out ahead of time, and have the person you're gonna share/trade seeds with so you dont buy the same strain...... So say I buy strain 1, but I really wanna trade 2 of my 5 for 2 of his super awesome strain #2!...lol.... you get the picture.... I was gonna buy this one as a single, but then they ran out, so I think I'm gonna have to buy the whole 5 seeds..... the most I need is 3..... willing to get 2 off of a equal or higher value seeds, if the buyer wants...

Anywhoo.... was wondering if that was allowed on here....lol
 
yep, just not on this site. Well, if you do it around here.. just make sure you do it in private. I know the mods wouldn't like it if they seen it or knew it was going on.

just keep it private.. that's what I would do.

People can usually easy get connned by swapping their real deal seed with other members for dud bag seed or pumpkin seeds back in return, and that'll cause loads of arguements & problems. Best all round really if you just stick to buying packs of seeds (from actual breeders themselves is best), if you don't have space at the time your germin for a whole pack just leave some seeds out and just store them for growing out laters.
 
Its never a bad thing to have back ups .. you only need 3, I you get males or females that go hermaphrodite, you won't regret having seeds on the side.
Besides, if you plan on having 3 plants, you should have double that seed quantity.
What strain did you want ? there more that one place that sell singles ..

yeah, but i wouldnt trade with just anyone....i doubt someone with a good rep here would be willing to flush it all away over a pair of seeds.... but once you got then trading buddies, and ya have them for life.... and true, always good to have extras, but if those 3 go hermie....pretty rare..... and im talking about fem packs.....and if reg packs, then most packs have 10 or more, so having 3 fem or 5 reg are pretty good odds of having killer smoke, or even mother plants...... and im really in for those $100+ packs that even sometimes come with freebie offers.... like cali connection or DNA...

but, nah.....maybe when i get to know more ppl around here...

Well your probably right but it's up to you really what you do, just know it's against the rules here so keep things like that more private. And as already said why not just pick up "pick n mix"?? Most seedbanks carry that option, the 'tude does Cali Connection in pick n mix.

Yes, I do do Pick and Mix quite often, but there are alot of seed companies that dont take part in that, and if they do sometimes you get a better deal, and alot of promo "Buy 1 pack, get one free" exclude the pick and mix........ I've been wanting to try seed companies like Riot (even though all the bad rep..... who knows... might just be jealous peeps over someone's success)... and alot of "Pick and Mix" are all a bunch of Feminized seeds..... I'm really in it for the reg for breeding purposes... Might as well, if you're gonna spend that much for seeds..... BOG, Sensi Jack Flash are also others that I am Interested in....... Grape Stomper OG is also one I can never get my hands on.... Always sold out......... I have even entered my email for them to tell me when its back in stock, and it doesnt work, because I entered several including TGA's Qrazy Train and Headband, and they recently came in stock, and I never got an email from them.... Not even in junk mail...nope.......

Damn, dude, You have alot of good strains going.... gotta check out your journal..... *skip skip skip....*
 
Yeah I've noticed that about the 'tude lately too that email reminder hasn't worked for me for ages either lol. From what I can tell about Matt Riot I'd leave well alone mate he conned his way into getting his clones and isn't even a grower from what I've been told.... also to have all those strains available on first time release (untested btw) and to never have them in again says a lot really, he's just here to make quick $$$ out of the medi mari "gold rush" imo, also a lot of his strain descriptions are just bashing or straight ripping off other more established breeders work. Most of those pics for his strains were stolen from other growers work, who complained about it too btw, the pics have now been removed but Riots Blue Choc OG pic was actually Sannies Choc' Rain!! Very shady dude and asking his forum members to go out and give great reviews on all the mari growing forums on his gear for free seeds in return is another shady trick. Just my opinion though from what I can make of it all lol.
I too only grow with reg seeds mate and I prefer the more "connoiseur" type strains too, only the best will do if you know what I mean. I'm on a mission to grow & smoke my way through as many different strains as possible to find my "Holy Grail" strains. Stop by my thread mate, it seems me & you are not all that different ;-)....

Yeah, I noticed that with the Stormy Russian Blue..... Looks a little like Nirvana's Blue Mystic....lol... hmmm... lol..... Yeah, I have already head alot about those thing mentioned, but, yeah.... You got a point in him not restocking in alot of strains in a long time, and yea...He did have alot of strains in so quickly. but I thought he was just a breeder I didnt know about..... I ALMOST paid for that Blue Dream S1... I want that strain so badly.... Now it's not even there...... Yeah, I wont be buying from Riot anytime soon.... Maybe if he earns respect in a few years...lol.... Maybe..
