Completely possible and veg isnt as long as youd think check out flowamasta's journals theres a bunch more people doing it cant remember names right now though

Done it more than once. Outside. Mexican sativa. Grow long time, long time flower. Been ripped off more than once too.

Trying to get a pound out of 1 plant would be a waste of time IMO.
Why not do 6-10, at least? That would seem more probable.

My last scrog I yeilded 13 zips with a 3' x 3' scrog net. And that was under one 600watt ushio super blue mh bulb with a 6week veg from clone. It is very possible, and you dont need 4 1000's and 400's on the sides like said earlier. With that much light, you better yeild more than a pound.....

I reckon it could be done with the right strain under a 600 MH veg 10 weeks and 600 hps flower in a 4x4 with the right genetics, hydro and scrog.
The trouble is, if you're aiming to keep plant count down, you end up running 3 stages instead of 2. i.e. instead of having one in flower when the other is in clone/veg, you end up having one in clone/early veg, one in late veg and one in flower.
