I already moved my vegging plants into a new pot for their flowering cycle about 4 days ago, i planted 2 per 5 gallon pot. today i got some 7 gallon pots that i want to switch one of the plants into, so im wondering if its okay to move the plant to a new pot at this point or will it stress it to bad?

2 in one pot, i want to switch one out to another will the roots be okay or are they already twined together?

If your good at transplanting plants there will be no setbacks. In the eighties I transplanted many plants and if it's done correctly you can see increased growth because of repotting almost right away. Plants love properly balanced soil. Many types of house plants have to have root pruning and transplants almost yearly, because they can become rootbound. As long as you don't damage the tap roots it will be OK.

it'll be fine, the roots wont be too mixed up in 4 days, you just gotta figure out physically how to do it, i would maybe just shovel a big scoop with the plant you want and push it against the bucket side and take what roots you get and put it in the new pot.
