Is it normal??...

Is it normal to want to stand and stare at these things all day??? I get home from work and just want to stand and stare at these babies for hours and from all angles. This behavior cant be normal! But i cant helpt it! I am so excited, i am weeks away from harvesting. I figure 3 more weeks or so and they will be ready. Im watching the hairs closely, right now they are so white, the problem is the hps gives them a tinge of yellow. Thats why i waited to snap some pics as soon as the light went out. Their white of the widow is definitely comin out.

Looking really nice..........and if it is not normal to stare and check on them every few minutes then I am as abnormal as you are......good luck on the finish.

Simply because the clones are a bitch! The male thing is a pain in the ass, but what my plan was is, I want to flower 4 plants, so if i start 6 or 8 plants, ill pick the 4 best looking ones and put them into flowering. After a week or 2 i can weed out the males and replace them with the other plants that hadnt gone into flowering yet. Granted, it sets them back a week, but what can i do when im having such a problem with the clones?

Thats pretty much what i did with this batch. I put 4 plants in and 2 turned out to be males, unfortunately I only had one extra to put into flowering, which is why i only have 3 over there now. But im definitely happy with the outcome so far :D
 
thats good.as long as yourhappythats all that matters.. its like when my wife asks me are you happy with thwe 2 1/2oz off her after youjust got 412 gramoff one plant...and i say why yes in deed i am.... alway happy with a grow...

Not that im giving up on the clones. I will make the clones work, ive got one surviving out of the 9 i started with, so...thats a start i guess. But, one clone isnt good enough and i want some plants to throw right in when these ones are harvested. And im already down to only a few weeks. My dilema is that i dont want to set up a whole seperate veg area, and i cant use the same nutes on my mothers as i need to use on my seedlings, which is why im debating on killing the mothers and starting new seeds while ive got the clones going as well. The other thing is, i still dont know if the mothers are even females yet cause i havent had any successfull clones to flower :evil:

But, oh my god, if i get 400 grams off of one plant im gonna be in shock! Im expecting like an ounce off of each plant, 3 ounces total, so If im completely off on that estimation then goody :twisted:

And, thats the other thing, especially once i get this first harvest, i wont be in a rush to get the new buds. This is all for personal use only, so if i get 3 ounces at the least that will last me quite a while, plenty of time to swap out any males that might pop up.
