Is it normal for seed leaves to die?

one of my seed leaves is brown and shriveled up and the other is green but starting to brown and im about a week in from planting.....My other leaves are fine. Is this normal???

They will both fall off. Its normal.

one week is quite early for browning...after three weeks its normal

Well he referred to "other leaves" so if there are other leaves I believe its ok. If there is a set of leaves already it is not too early (or uncommon) to lose the first two.

the two tiny bottom leaves always shrivel...but if the 3 and fourth are shriveled...looks like somethingsd wrong....i think your good.....

yea your fine, when i had 4 mother plants growing, the little leaves driedup so i just cut them off. but yeah your fine.

I started to panic when they shriveled and when I touched it it broke off but a few weeks ago I asked and it is normal just do not touch it let them naturally fall off.

well i staked it cuz it got all fucked up about 4 days in i left in in the shade and the stem got thin and weak so i buried it up to the near top and staked it.....just for a day....now it can stand up by itself
