Is it normal for a few fan leaves to fall off?

Every now and then I spot one that's fallen off, or still on the plant, but dried up and about to fall. Is that just a natural part of the plant's growth, or is there something wrong?

I'm four weeks into my 12/12 cycle, I have five females in a grow closet. I had until today, 8 26w cfls, I bought four more today, though. That brings me up to 20400 lumens.

They're not showing any problems otherwise. The buds are looking good, and the leaves are a nice green. I water twice a week, making sure it feels dry, and add a 15-30-15 fertilizer with every other watering.

Maybe I'm worrying over nothing, I just want to be sure. This is my first grow, so I'm like a fretful first-time parent here. ^_^

Dropping a few of the lowest fans is not unusual when they're flowering, however Imho your "N" is too high on your fert. I had a prob late in flower with the plants re-veging due to the same ratio. Things turned out ok, but they got very tall in SCROG.
Peace

yes you need to be very careful with the 15-30-15 , those are pretty high numbers for watering every other day but if they look good then thats all that matters (except like greatwhite mentioned the nitrogen (15) is too high for flowering.

No no no, every other WATERING. That's about once a week. Yeah, every other day would be a bit much. ^_^
