Is it mold, or bugs?

About a week ago I noticed some brown/white tips on the leaves of my month-old plant the other day. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the affected areas were also covered with tiny black specks. I figured it was a mold problem, but thought it could also be very small bugs. Does anyone know what this could be?

wow your screwed unless you spray neem oil or bomb the whole room with some insecticide because i think those are spider mites. along with other stuff. neem oil gets rid of alot of stuff

looks more like thrips.

be aggressive ... if you dont take bugs serious.. they will fook you.. and dont spray poison on your flowering plants...
