Is it legal to sell your extra seeds in Oregon?

quick question, I have a ton of seeds I don't need all of just laying around from a previous breeding project, I'm wondering, is it legal to sell my extra seeds on Craigslist?
Once again, I live in Oregon and we have legal recreational cannabis, so if it is legal, should I only sell these seeds to people 21+
Or does it not matter, considering I've been buying seeds online since I was 16?

Legal to sell, no, receive a "donation" yes. I doubt there would be a problem. I too live in Oregon.
