Or does it rain usually the same day it's time to water due to lack of rain, and there wasn't even a10% chance of rain? Oh well, free flush.

Yep, was out Sunday, watering can in hand, about to pour... then it pissed down. I run inside, look out the window, it stopped... Stepped outside again, rained!!! Ended up throwing the watering can on the floor and walking off in a huff like a child deprived of candy.
