whats up guys i got my 2 kush plants there out door and each have 4 little leaves and like 2 cm heigh after i belive 2 weeks is this normal?

At 14 days a plant should be going on it's 3rd set of 5 bladed leaves so I would say it's a little behind but can't comment on much because I don't know anything about the lighting, soil, watering etc...
