Is it done? first grow confusion

I planted my Pineapple express auto flower 79 days ago now under a 300w dual spectrum CFL with two circulation fans.
so here I am almost 80 days later wondering if I am in fact ready to harvest my little lady. So any advice or answers would be amazing!

Can't use a magnify glass due to sight issues so have been trying to go for the 70% brown pistol method.

I'd say the same, about a week and when those hairs start receding she should be ready.
