Is indirect LED lighting bad for eyes?

Hey guys, I'll be starting my first grow in about a week. I've got all my gear ready, just waiting on my seeds. I put off buying a tent so I can get a better sense of space needed, technique, etc,. so my plan is to setup in the corner of my home office for now.

Lighting will come from 2 300w LED viparspectra lights. As a temporary measure to reflect and contain some light, I've spray adhered some cheap mylar emergency blankets to large unfolded cardboard boxes that I've fashioned into basically a partitioning wall separating the grow from me working. There is no roof on the grow space.

My question is, am I potentially going to burn my eyes out or is it a situation where as long as I wear protective glasses when in front of my space or working with it, I should be good?

Please don't be jelly of the massive nugs you see happening in this depiction:

Also, I didn't label the air but you get the idea of the flow hah.

as long as you don't look directly at the lights for a long period of time you are not going to damage your eyes leds are very directional so the reflected light is not going to be strong enough to hurt your eyes. I use emergency blankets to line my grow closet and they tend to defuse light
