I've ordered from GTA seedbank 3 times so far.
No problems yet. I actually read their reviews on here years ago and tried them out.
Never had a issue , neither have others I know.
Just ordered 6 TGA strains.
I'll post once they are in.
And their store doesn't exist anymore only online.
But these guys have been nothing but solid and quick on response time.
Way better prices and service then other Canadian seed banks.

I ordered from gta seedbank two months ago and it has been THE WORST experience I’ve ever had. So I ordered two packs of seeds I got both delivered to me with 4 auto freebies. I tried germinating (which I can say I’ve always had 90%+ germ rate) in first water cup and then paper towel. ZERO, 0/12 seeds of those two packs of seeds germinated. And then I was wondering if it was something I did wrong so I tested out the same technique on the free autos and all four germinated 100%, which I’m guessing are fresher seeds(few weeks later my joti seeds came in the mail, again 90%+ germ rate 13/15) so I contacted gta seedbank and IMMEDIATELY, he was telling me “it’s my fault” “I don’t know how to grow” eventually after a couple days of going back and forth he finally says he will contact the breeders for replacements and it can take 2 months. I waited a couple week as he said he has already contacted the breeders and once they send to him they will send to me. After about 3 weeks I contacted the breeder directly and they say “nobody has reached out to us”.(also I asked gta seedbank how old the seeds were and they said 4 months and 6 months, when I spoke with the breeders they both told me they haven’t sold anything to gta seedbank in over 4 years!) I then call them at their Scarborough number and explain to them what breeders told me. immediately he starts swearing and yelling at me calling me “fucking this and fucking that” and if I spoke Chinese I’m sure I would have heard some threats as he soon after said to me “you know I have your address right?” I tried staying calm and explained my side as I can say comfortably that I know how to grow(not no master but I do alright) I kept getting sworn at and yelled at, and when I say yelled I mean YELLED at. So I just accepted my loss and tried writing a google review, it was up for a couple days and then got taken down for some reason.
Then about 2 weeks ago I got some seeds in the mail saying that the other pack is also on the way. The seeds were not in original packaging and when I took them out of the packaging they had dirt on them like manure or something. My guess is that these are either hermie prone or just some random pack of seeds, which I didn’t order. And then a few days later I get another package in the mail and the seal sticker you remove to seal the package wasn’t even removed, it came in a Canada post bag that said “sorry your package was damaged in transit” I have lost $300 but I hope the next person that thinks about buying from them doesn’t make the same mistake. I have been away from growing for a while and just got back into this year so I wasn’t updated on the new seedbanks around. I should have done my due diligence as there are a number or other seed banks here in Canada that carry these same breeders genetics.
If they have bad business practices like this, then who’s to say that they don’t just switch the seeds of the original breeders and give you something that’s “close enough”? Save yourself the headache and money, and do not order from them. I’ve never been fearful of my life over purchasing seed or anything else.

Lol yeah but it’s still one of the first post that comes up when you google them. They might have been good a decade ago but since newer and better banks have come they are just trying to milk the last of their cash cow they have. Like this op is one of the reasons I got from them.

I had a similar experience. I had a pack of unsealed seeds show up. I was told by gta that that was how they received the pack from the breeder. When I contacted said breeder they said no way and absolutely under no circumstances should their packs be unsealed and if they are someone deliberately opened them.
When I brought this info to gta I was basically threatened and was told they have my address.
Seeds had zero Germination and were white and hollow.
Beyond sketchy. This is definitely a gang run operation.
I hope these clowns fade into obscurity.
Selective scammers. Old inventory. Poor customer service who will threaten you if you have an issue or call them out.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Wow, exactly the same thing happened to you too eh, good that the word is getting out about them, they shouldn’t be around much longer. There’s SOO many better seed banks now, and for sure it’s a Chinese mafia run seedbank as it is Scarborough. I should have done my due diligence before buying from them, but I’ve just got back into it after over half a decade.
yeah it makes me think the seeds they are selling aren’t even original breeders seeds.
they are such clowns. I hope someone finds out who they are and if they try to open another seedbank then they get exposed. All I know is I’m not buying from certain types of people any more. I’ll buy from REAL Canadians who actually care about the industry and not some opportunistic bastards who think they can just scam people. That’s okay tho they have our money but the amount of money they will be losing from the rep they have now will hurt them MUCH more.

Hi. My friend bought some seeds from GTA seedbank back in real life like 10 years ago.
But it says Ontario seed bank.
White rhino, and bubbah kush yes that’s the spelling they wrote. .

Would anyone here know who the breeders would be for these two?
