Is CO2 worth the money?

My new set up is a SOG grow with a simple hydro setup in a 2x4x8 closet. 600w HPS w/MH conversion bulb. Is it really worth investing an extra 200 bucks or so for a small CO2 injector kit? (1-10 CFH) I'm doing 8 either 8 white widow or white lightning plants, or possibly 8 THC Bomb plants. Will the CO2 significantly improve my yield???

We can;t afford co2.
me and my ole lady go to the local Mexican Cantina,
load up on beans and beer,
go home to the grow-clsoet,
get inside and fart the tune to
laCoocha Roacha in harmoney.
I do the base notes, she does the high alto)
and our plants just love it.

yes it does help but for small grows a 5 litre bottle with yeast water and sugar will do the job.

co2 at 1500-1900 ppm can make your grow up to 200% better but on average 100%. co2 in the outside air is 300-600 ppm. Over 2000 ppm will kill your plants. If it wont break you I'd get it and compare it to your past grows where u didn't use it, but del66666 way would prolly be the most convienent.

it's only worth it if u have all the fundamentals of ya room spot on,eg temp, light,food! if ya dont have that spot on yet i would put he money into that frist.

i think i'm alright in regards to the other "fundamentals." 600w HPS/MH, DWC bucket hydro system, temp should be fine considering im using a 250cfm exhaust fan and im also considering the cooling tube in the DIY section. food comes in the way of general hydroponics bloom, grow, and micro. i'm looking to select a fairly high yeild strain like "THC Bomb" or "Light of Jah" or something like that. Any idea on how much bud i'll be looking at if all goes well?

thc bombs go well, got 2 o dry using 600 watts enviro with a short veg so i think you should get a good return.

yes sir!! plus, i've read that you should use the same ppm in co2 as your feed. i would like to try co2 someday.
