Is a rapidly growing plant a bad thing?

Seeds broke ground on July 2nd and at 33 days of growth one Gorilla Glue #4 and one Girl Scout Cookie are healthy and at 13” with no foliage loss whatsoever. I have however run into a peculiar issue with the other GSC growing to 22” in 32 days. Healthy as can be and no different environment than the other two. 15 hour light cycle, Happy Frog soil, started Big Bloom ferts five days ago, regulated temp and humidity etc. In the last week alone this plant grew almost 8”on 100w CFLs. Since I’ve isolated and rules out all other possibilities, is this a phenotype issue?
I’ve exceeded my vertical grow space and have to improvise for the rest of the veg cycle along with cropping the very top of the plant to slow vertical growth. Obviously no big deal but GSC is in demand and I need to know more this strain. Any help is greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance!38E96134-E6A8-41B1-85F0-486190F53305.jpeg1CF10D76-2266-478A-843C-BFE6B1FDFBC8.jpeg

So what happened? Update us.
Current situation. I topped her and moved her to the center along with adding another foot to the box. I don’t know if these cheap chinese LEDs are going to help but the GG#4 has apparently gone auto and I just need to start flowering in the box I have. The GSC now measures 31"
