is 9800 lumen r good for 1plant?

im using a 360w conversion hps. so 107lumen x 360 = 38520 lumen, i add 4plant so is 10k lumen are good for 1 plant? about 4feet tall

A good gardens has between 7000 and 10,000 lumens per square foot of floor space? so figure out how many square feet your plants take up and divide that into the total number of lumens.

my grow room r, 4x4x3 F is this 38k lumen enough for my room? i add 4plant about 3feet by 1 1/2
