Ok I have a plant that is 2 weeks and 3 days old here the thread with pics of my plant https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-growing/120028-2nd-week-veggg-pics.html I have 4 26W 6500K CFL's above it is this enough?
Is 4 26W CFL enough for one plant?

hey jmo0909,
4 26w 6500k CFL's will do just fine for veg. just make sure to keep the plants 2-4 inches away from them. and once you start budding, make sure to get the right spectrum, and you will also need a little more juice. I added two 42w cfl's to the side as well dduring flowering, and my ladies are getting some pretty nice buds.

You need at least 150w per plant to yield that much

Thats a combination of the size of the plant, plus growing techs. are you going to top? Are you going to FIM? LST? 6 42W is fine for one plant, but hell I saw a 150w HPS going for $20 on some website.
