So i'm going to try a small rubbermaid/cfl grow, is 1 inch chicken wire's too small for Screen Of Green??

No....as long as there is space for stems to grow through... Stems rarely get to once inch thick i believe XD.... unless its the trunk..

i think 2" would b alot better if u keep training and pullin them back down eventually the buds should get bigger than an inch and it will be uncomfortably for u girls...
just my opinion im doing my first scrog with 2"...

I have done this, and one inch is fine, there is really no problem, all of your thickness will be above the stem, check out this scrog... http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=12653

very nice, any tips on training them as they come thru the screen? i've seen some people tie them down, some say to weave them back under, your thoughts?

what is the advantage of scrog? bigger yields? i'm not gettin it

depends on ur grow area, if u have room above the screen then id say 1 inch is fine, but if not then ur gonna be moving branches around alot and if u have to pull them back through the wire u might damage the plants

it keeps the canopy level, so everything gets better light, more yeilds if you do it right
