IRON problem... urgent

I currently have 5 plants that appear to have an iron deficiency. Diagnosed because the top leaves are turning slighly yellow and the bottom ones are fine and green.

How do i fix this problem ?, is there something simple to add or make that will solve this?

Chelated iron

decided to get cal mag plus..... the reason i determined for this deficiency was using RO water. Have decided to start using some tap since it has iron in it normally. thanks
