IR light from security camera...

Would the IR light from a night camera cause any problems with flowering? I want to use one of my cameras in the bloom room but before I do I want to find out if the IR light make my plants not flower as well. Does anyone know?

Infra red light is not part of the visible spectrum


it does not light a dark room, and plants have not evolved to take in infra red light rays (basically heat)



youll be fine


good idea with the camera too man

you must have a nice security camera b/c my ir cameras still have visible light coming off... as do most I'm afraid. but we will see

Yes, mine do too, some red light still shows. It is very low lumen.
