Never used an IP bouncer.. I usually wear underwear... and I feed my dog 3 times a day.... used to only feed it twice a day... but he was just to freaking SKINNY!

I don't imagine you have anything to worry about..

An IP bouncer is just a little harder to track. Are you using a firewall and a router? If you are really worried use a proxy ip. Just search google for em.
 
lol I like the too late comment well a proxy and firewall help but if your real paranoid there are companies who offer secure ip routing from multiple proxy servers and non static ip connections. Usually like a $11 a month charge and they also have 368 bit encyrption servers

Proxys are 1 extra link in the chain of servers you go through to reach a destination, it will add a few milliseconds,but you most likley will not be able to measure the difference, I do not know about how speed is effected by the service that Filthyfletch is talking about.
