Ionic bloom & boost - How often should i feed during flowering?

How often should i feed my super skunk plants during flowering, they are now in week 1 of flowering. Should i only feed them now & then? and sometimes use just plain water? I did this with ionic grow during veg and all seems good.

I also use a root feed called regen a root which seems to be working great!

I have them in a tent under 600w hps, filter, fan ETC this is my first grow so as much advice as possible would be great!

Ionic is a hydro specific nutrient. You may want to invest in a soil specific nutrient., although I am assuming you are in soil. The back of the bottle should tell you how often to feed and when to start, if not throw it away. Water feed water feed will work fine. Some choose to water water feed water water.
