interesting new light bulb

just looking for some new CFLs on home depot website and came across this odd little guy. claims to be an odor eliminating light bulb. and just when you think they've thought of every thing...never seen this before thought id share it with all ya. wonder if it works and if so how long? ne input or users out there? please tell!

does this light "eliminate odor"? hah i highly doubt the bulbs in the link i posted really can cover the scent of a good flowering skunk plant, but interesting concept.
