i hear tin foil is back for the inside of your box bc of burning, would reflextic insulation do anytrhing negative to my plant? if so what wont that i can pick up at a local home depot

mylar is good stuff tin foil is not good cuse it can cuuse shadows in your grow .this is my opion

tin foil causes uneven reflection and may/will cause burn spots to your plant...mylar is one of the best ways to go about it...Im not too sure abut that other stuff though...

yeah you could use sisalation although you might find it holds to much heat in your room nuthin fans cant fix though flat white is the most reflective surface so i suggest a couple of cheap tins of paint.

well its already in a 3x4x6 box which is flat white inside of it so i should be alright?

Yeah that will do fine.

Mylar is supposed to cause heat spots also, plus it's harder to clean and smudges.

You can't fail with a nice paper white painted grow room.
