the model of the squirrel was rendered in Maya rigged using TSM2 and TFM plugins. i'm also using some other cg like 3dsMax or Houdini all for learning purposes. i'll try to master few of them as i'm planning to buy a complete license for these programs in near future. but it costs a lot:o of money

I've piddled with Z-Brush but it's too "professional" for me. It's just mind blowing what some people can do with it though. Great work bro!!

thanks for visiting my thread, just realized that z-brush is just like clay modeling, thanks for that info now i got a new :idea:, i've never used it before bud i like it.


yesterday i wuz so :joint::eyesmoke:bongsmilie:blsmoke::eyesmoke:

i accidentally made my first gif animated image.
it's made out of 4 different layers & one image.
little photochopped, then played around with AE and this came out.:hump:

thanks for that man.:D the leaf was done totally with photoshop.
this squirrel was rendered & it took me whole 13h to finish on a PQ6700 & 4 gigs of ram.
i wonder how long it would take me to do a short movie on a single machine:o:shock:

That art is so fucking amazing you could mos def create a mini series based off your pot smoking squirrel you have going on here. Or some type of wallpaper cartoon mad props man keep working on them.
 
That squirrel is kick ass! What application did you use to render? Do you start in Photoshop then import into another program?
