Insect - Bug Identification!

Please see attached images and help me determine what type of insect it may be, I found him taking a nap on one of the leaves, he's the only one that I've noticed so far, should I be worried about an infestation?

Any help would be appreciated!

NO WAY!! are you serious, I've seen roaches before but not like that, ouch I hate them buggers, the only thing I can think of on how he landed here is that I get a lot of my grow stuff from the thrift stores, never thought about carrying foreign bugs into my house. I guess that's a draw back from shopping at thrift stores, time to bomb me house, oh and I'm going to buy some roach killing spray to spray items I get from thrift stores in the future, I definitely don't want to share my living quarters with a roach, I'd rather have ants as pets.

Thanks for the identification!

I've been studying this lil bastard and I'm comfortable to say that it's No Cockroach, if you were to examine the following images and take a good look at the differences of their structures, you'll notice that it is two different type bugs, for instance have a good look at the actual roach's facial structure (1rst image) and take a look at the remainder images (the bug I found, the last two images the bug is dead) then tell me that it's the same insect.

Point of fact: Cockroaches are fast moving bugs, in past experiences with roaches I've found them hard to catch let alone take a picture of, when I found him on my leaf it was No problem removing him to take pictures, if this was an actual roach I wouldn't of easily caught him.
