Hey guys. This is my first grow so bear with me. I only know what to look for through pictures I've seen on the internet, so I'm not positive what to look out for. Are these the hairs I'm supposed to keep my eye out for when they're just starting to flower?

Thanks Smudga. I haven't noticed any (I don't think I have anyway) signs of males yet. Do they generally take longer to show themselves?
